SMART HOME

In this modern era of connectivity and IoT, having an interconnected Smart Home is not just for a convenient lifestyle it is an enabler for sustainable Living. It makes saving Energy convenient.

Having flexibility and convenience built in allows you to design the Home in a way that makes living easy but maintaining an advanced level of control be it for relaxing, entertaining or security.

KNX

What is KNX – Firstly KNX is not a product it’s an Open Standard for residential and commercial building automation. It is recognised globally as EN 50090 and ISO/IEC 14543.

The enables the integration and control of various building systems such as lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security, and energy management.

By being based on a standard KNX ensures all devices communicate through a common language, simplifying the automation process, making buildings smarter, more efficient, and comfortable.

LIGHTING CONTROL

KNX lighting control is a sophisticated solution for managing and automating lighting systems.

Using KNX for precise control the various lighting fittings can be adjusted for dimming, switching, and colour adjustments with the potential for each light to be individually controlled enabling fine-tuned lighting scenes such as "Reading," "Dining," or "Movie Night,".

All this can be activated with a single command or automated schedules dependant of your need all controlled and monitored remotely via smartphones, tablets, or central control panels, giving convenience and flexibility.

In addition to “Mood” settings, more practical uses use sensors and automated controls to adjust the lighting based on occupancy, daylight levels, and time of day.

Smart Alarm System

ACCESS CONTROL

Using a KNX power system allows for a robust and integrated solution for various access control devices to integrate with each other allowing seamless communication to be achieved ensuring a unified and efficient system.

Control of all doors and gates is possible from a single interface such as a smart control panel or a mobile app providing ease of use and flexibility.

Video Doorbells and Intercoms can be Integrated into your smart home system with Secure Communication ensuring that all data transmitted between devices is encrypted and so protecting against unauthorised access and ensuring the system integrity.

Home automation

ENERGY MANAGMENT

KNX excels in energy management by integrating various systems and devices enabling efficient monitoring and optimization of energy usage in both residential and commercial buildings.

The Key Features of KNX Energy Management can be Real-Time Monitoring using KNX-compatible devices to measure and track energy consumption in real-time, including electricity, gas, water, and heating usage helping identify areas where savings can be made.

Using Smart Control KNX systems can automate the control of lighting, HVAC, and other systems based on occupancy and environmental conditions, for example, lights and heating can be turned off or “set back” when rooms are unoccupied, significantly reducing energy waste.
