HOW WE DELIVER YOUR PROJECT
We are strong believers in delivering projects within the RIBA Plan of work framework. Whilst not fully aligned with the way that MEP projects are delivered it is a good model to follow and coupled with the BISRIA Guide BG6 it creates an understanding of methods of work and what needs to be delivered at each project stage.

RIBA Stage 1 - Fact Find
This Stage is where we establish our project brief from all stakeholder. We look to define what the project aspirations are as well as any constraints such as planning, conservation and budget.

RIBA Stage 2 - Concept Design
During stage 2 we will produce concept documentation to demonstrate how we intend to meet your aspirations within the boundaries of the project brief.

RIBA Stage 3 - Spatial Coordination
Following the development of the design concept we will develop the Mechanical and Electrical services along with the Architect and design team members to produce the Spatial Coordination documentation.

RIBA Stage 4 - Technical Design
During this phase we develop the technical engineering design doing the detail and prepare the tender drawings and specifications.

RIBA Stage 5 - Manufacturing and Construction
During the stage the contractor will be carrying out the installation works. During this stage we will be supporting the site teams by answering queries relating to the design and monitoring quality / design compliance.

RIBA Stage 6 - Handover
Preceding the handover final quality inspections will take place as well as inspection of test results and checks of the as installed drawings and Health and Safety File.
